How Can I Test The Speed of My Interent Service |
Check the speed on your internet connection. Speedtest.net is a broadband speed analysis tool that allows you to test your Internet connection. If you are curious about the performance of your connection to and from hundreds of locations around the world. Then go to Speedtest.net and click “Begin Test”.

I Have PC or Software issues unrelated to my internet service? |
We have to ability to remotely control your computer if it is connected to the internet which allows us to resolve many problems without a field service call.
Making the Connection
Make sure you have a Technician on the phone. Once connected you will be placed in a queue to wait for the Technician to help you.
Java Required
When you first connect, you may see a message telling you you need to install Java. To do this follow the link presented or go to java.com and follow the instructions. Once installed you should be able to access the system.
Security Warning
When you first connect, you may see a message warning you that the application is about to run. This is OK. You should click OK or Yes to proceed.
