Lifeline service: If you are an existing customer and have paid in at least $400 in monthly payments, if you lose your job we want to help! We will continue your service at 30Kbits/sec at no charge. This is enough to help you send and receive emails, and search for jobs. Unfortunately while you are on the free plan we can’t offer any support, even if the service quits working for some reason. You may email us about your problems and we may, if resources permit, reply to support questions.

Installation We understand that the cost of installation can be hard to bear for some people. The cost of installation is heavily subsidized to make it more affordable for you. We are always on the lookout for less expensive equipment and more efficient procedures, but at this time this is the cheapest we can do it.
How Much is Due on Install Day? Install costs + pro-rated first month service + sales tax.
How much do I owe if the installer comes out but I decide not to do it? Nothing! We don’t know exactly what it will cost until we do a signal test and confer with you about where you would like equipment installed. We understand that you can’t make an informed decision until you have a quote. If you don’t like what you hear, you owe us nothing. If you later change your mind and ask us to install the system you just pay $25 for the extra trip we had to make.
